Terms of Service

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "Service" refers to the esports data and content services provided by 竞技宝.
• "Client" means the individual or entity accessing our esports platform.
• "Deliverables" are the final data reports or content outputs provided to the Client.
• "Project" refers to a specific esports data or content assignment.

2. Service Agreement

All services are governed by a separate Service Agreement that outlines specific project terms and conditions.

• Project scope and data specifications
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Revision policy for content
• Intellectual property rights

The Service Agreement supersedes these Terms for specific esports data or content projects.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate project requirements for esports data
• Supply all necessary reference materials for event content
• Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed schedules

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) unless otherwise specified.

• A 50% deposit is typically required to begin work
• Final payment is due before delivery of final data or content
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

5. Revisions and Changes

Our standard pricing includes:

• 2 initial data concepts
• 3 rounds of revisions

Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate for content updates.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Clients receive:

• Exclusive rights to use the final Deliverables for the specified project
• 竞技宝 retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.
• Source files remain the property of 竞技宝 unless specifically purchased.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Projects may be canceled with written notice
• Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
• Client is responsible for payment of all work completed

8. Limitation of Liability

竞技宝 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Issues arising from inaccurate Client-provided information

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or project.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use our content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Disrupt or interfere with site security

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
